No Time to Meditate Meditation
Many people say they want to meditate, become more spiritual, learn about metaphysics, and learn about energy or Chi flows. But where does one start?
Especially when you don’t have time to sit down for 30 minutes twice a day to meditate, and there are so many books to choose from and different paths to enlightenment. Let us start with the make-up mirror meditation.
Starting on Ghandi’s Birthday, Thurs. October 2, we will explore and practice meditation even if it is for only 2 minutes. We will note Intention.
