Many of you have shared with me that this seems to be a slogging-through-mud time and you are experiencing fatigue, achy icky bodies, allergy symptoms headaches and a cadre of other symptoms. Yup, you are. This is allergy season. They call it hay fever because fevers do show up. Also there are some interesting Earth and Sun changes adding to the excitement and confusion.
Drink water to dilute the histamines, eat fresh, whole veggies, fruits and meats. Leave the sugar, wheat/grain products and dairy to someone else. Walk a hill to clear the sinuses.
Getting adjusted will also help.

TV will be having a movie on bird flu. If you watch this C***p keep in mind that it is fiction. The CDC and the British Journal of Medicine have officially declared bird flu or avian flu a non-issue. If you want to read the hoax information behind it I have it in the office.

The news has had a lot of info on sleeping pills lately. First off, sleeping pills don't let the body sleep in a normal way so one is really not rested. However the number one reason for not sleeping is caffeine in chocolate, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Before taking sleeping pills eliminate these from your system first. The second cause of sleeplessness mistaking vitamins, especially B-vitamins before bed time. Take your vitamins with breakfast or lunch. Take your minerals at dinner or bed time to help relax you. Being well adjusted will help sleep. If you are getting up at night come in for a bladder adjustment which often works well. And sleep in a dark room without the TV so your brain knows to shut down. It seems that a vitamin D deficiency plays a role in Type2 diabetes as well as PMS, Menopause symptoms, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, etc. We have been so brain washed against the sun which helps us make Vitamin D that we are now deficient. The best solution is to go for a walk outside for 15-30 minutes. You will get a dose of D, exercise and fresh air all at the same time. Do not wear sun glasses when you do this. The eyes take in the light to make the D. It is OK to wear a hat.

Should you have an accident please alert the proper authorities. If it happens in a store, that would be the store manager. Inform them at the time of the accident. Document the accident and injury, contact information. If you have bruises or cuts take a picture of them. Reporting the accident days later doesn't help you much because there is no "proof," only your word that it happened. Unfortunately your word doesn't go far in this world. I no longer do personal injury or work comp injury work, however I can direct you to the proper assistance and adjust you for shock.
I have some friends who are running a contest between themselves to see who can shred the oldest documents. They are working on 1972 last I heard. Have you noticed how paper piles up and gets shoved to the back of the closet or the top shelf or the garage? Buy a shredder and start digging out of your the mire. If the paper has any personal info on it like names, numbers, etc. shred it. Should you have clothes and household items the women's shelters in the area would love to have them. They need children's things also.
I was once talking to a medical doctor. He couldn't understand why we DC's feel so badly when one of our patients passes on. I once again had an opportunity to ponder that question. This is what I know. The longer I am in practice-31 years- the greater the chance that I will be missing someone I have known for many years. I have had my hands on them, I often know more about their body than they do. I have seen them through trials, trauma, upset, weddings, births, and deaths. I have adjusted their pets, children, parents, and partners. You are all my favorite persons otherwise I wouldn't have my hands on you. However this dear lady was one of my favorite, favorite persons. She was one of several of you who made me your project when I was recovering from the life-changing accident 12 years ago. She always let me know when she saw improvement and was kind to remind me when she didn’t. I celebrate her soul.
