While performing your duty, expect neither approval nor disapproval. Do your work with the utmost love.
This love alone will attract grace, and all that you do will become the
worship of God. You will see you own self in this worship. —Gurumayi |

Please place your shoes in the shoe basket to have your feet adjusted. Fill out the pink symptom survey sheet, have your cash or check fee ready for the purple kitty. Take off big earrings and clean out your pockets before coming into the adjusting room. I am so looking forward to getting my hands on you. Three weeks away from adjusting my favorite people is almost too much.
The OPEN DOOR fee is now $45. The one hour fee is the same $175/hour.
The next OPEN DOOR is Thurs. July 13, 10-1 and 4-6. Sat. Aug 12, 10-1, Thurs Aug 17 10-1 and 4-6. I will be in the office in July and then attend my 40th high school reunion (EEEEgads) the first week of Aug. in Montana. Because of the demand for appointments I suggest you make your appointments now. Call the scheduling gang at 800-710-3450.

Should the heat be getting to you, It is recommended that you drink a quart of water for every 50 pounds of weight. Cool your body by drinking warm or room temp. water. Your body has to heat up cold water. Most cold drinks are dehydrators and won't help in keeping your cool.
Place frozen veggies or ice on the top of your head, bottom of your feet, in your arm pits or around your neck for 15 minutes to cool the body. Placing a wet towel on the body also helps. As does showering and air drying, leaving the hair wet. You older folks have a more difficult time discerning the temperature. If you have a habit of dressing in layers, leave off a few of them. Nylon is very hot so leave it for winter. |

Eastern Europe is struggling to catch up with the rest of Europe |
One of these days I will gather my thoughts about my trip and share them. Basically Eastern Europe is struggling to catch up with the rest of Europe. The Czech Republic seems to be having the most trouble. It will be interesting to see what happens in the next 12 years.
The 250 year anniversary of the Waltz Palace and the 50 year anniversary of the Loungus Club in Vienna was marvelous but 85 with no AC. I wore a Red Ball gown. Hot, but fun. In Budapest I lost my hotel reservations, made a year ago April, to the Bush visit. Not a happy camper until I got a room on the same floor as the K9s and Marines. At least they were quiet. Americans are not well tolerated nor respected anymore, sad to say.
We missed a wrong-way driver on the Audubon freeway by seconds. We were lucky, others were not. It took hours before we could continue our trip. Fortunately we had food, water and bathroom with our caravan. Some left the planet that day and we know of at least one birth on the freeway Things aways balance out if we can stay centered and conscious. |
|
This is a good time to stay centered and conscious. What have you done in the past that helped you to stay centered? What new efforts have you made lately. Energetically these are challenging times. Many feel like giving up. DON"T. It is easy to be confused, get in disagreements with family, friends, spouses. Be clear in your communications.
Lee Gibson, Ph.D. says the person who has the greatest knowledge is responsible for helping others through the process. He has a Focus program in July.If you are sabotaging your life, GO. 714-896-8400 |

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to see the changes.
Now let's get you adjusted.
many blessings
