There is a health alert on excessive use of Vitamin D. D is good stuff, however it is an oil soluble vitamin like E, A and K and needs to be taken judiciously, preferably in the dry form. Forward your questions to me. Let’s check your nutritional needs.

Another health alert is on the NuvaRing birth control device. Death in young women have occurred. You might want to consider another form. Check with your Ob-Gyn after you read up on the problems. January 2014 issue of Vanity Fair has an 11 page article on it including the quote from an ObGyn to his daughters, “Do not use any third or fourth generation birth control. . . It could kill you.”
