The 605, 405, 22, and 7th Street exits are under construction for the next two years! Yup, two years. So in three years they should be back to a new normal. Please consult with your maps to determine the most efficient way to get here should you be traveling from the south. Exiting off Westminster connects you with 2nd Street, PCH is also good. You can take the Lakewood exit and connect with Redondo for a straight shot to Ocean. Look at a map!
Is It A Headache Or Migraine?
When is a headache a migraine or migraine just a headache? Good question and not an easy one to answer. Which is often why people don't take headaches seriously. Headaches can and do kill. Pain in the head can be caused by hormone imbalance, allergies, grinding teeth, clinched jaw, need for glasses or prescription change, eye strain, head injury, aneurism, mal-alignment of the spine or bones of the head, gall bladder issues, rotting teeth, high blood pressure, constipation, electrolyte imbalance, low or high sugar issues, tension, the pain in the neck, light sensitivity, heat/sun stroke, shock, stroke, withdrawal from medications, drugs, reactions to Rx or drugs, toxic sinuses and many other causes. Whatever the cause it needs to be checked out by a practitioner who takes headaches seriously.

I want to thank those of you who are willing to change your life style to feel better. It is tough to change, especially when life forces change on us daily. We want what we want when we want it for better or worse. It is estimated that 25 million Americans can't sleep because of caffeine. Yes, a few days of discomfort weaning off caffeine can help the mind and body in so many ways. We are so attached to our addictions even if they kill us or those around us. Interesting being human.
School Daze
I have been attending a 2 ½ year energy healing course. The information is different from anything I have studied. It is quite amazing. I am integrating the work in with the techniques with which you are familiar. This work involves more spirit, soul energy channeling work even though it doesn't look much different from what I have been doing. The intention is different.

I work with a fair number of Gamers who are people serious about computer games. Recently one of my Gamers complained that after playing a particular game for 10-15 minutes that her brain was not working right. She didn't feel right in her body, her processing was slow and disjointed. She was spacey. It was a snarly mess. After working with it we had found a convoluted path of dysfunction. I put the info out on our technique blogs and have received a number of similar responses. So if you are feeling weird, out of body, out of sorts after being on the computer let me know.
Nasty Computer Virus
XP Security 2011 is a fake antivirus software which displays fake information in order to scare you into purchasing the full version of XP Security 2011 Virus. XP Security 2011 will present itself as a very useful program but is indeed a rogue security program which can do nothing but just harm your computer. It is shocking to learn that a security program is harmful but it is true. XP security 2011 just looks like a security program but in fact, has no capabilities to protect your computer.
I have personal experience with this &*^%&$ program- it ate my computer yesterday- literally. I had to buy a new laptop because of this &*^%&$. I didn't know what it was and unfortunately did all the wrong things trying to close it and just gave it the opportunity to gobble up more and more of my system. Removal is not easy if you are not a computer expert and manual removal is very tedious and doesn't guarantee results. Quit using the infected machine and call your tech immediately. If you don't have a go-to computer guru, call mine- Thom Ouk at 562 355-8888. Thom is not just a genius, but a genuine professional with an engaging personality and has reasonable rates- AND he makes house calls.
I will be away in Montana from May 17-24 for my mother's memorial. We are hoping that the lilacs are in full bloom.
